Story 4: A Princess with Her Pure Heart


In a small country there lived a girl who is a princess named Pauline. She lived in a luxurious mansion with her butlers, maids and her evil step-father. Pauline’s dad has passed on when she was 3 years old and her mom died of an illness. Pauline is not the only child, she do have a brother and a sister but they are studying abroad. She had been alone for quite long years.  She does not look like the other princesses who have an amazing looks. Even though she may not have a beautiful face, she had a pure heart. Ever since she was born, she was not allowed to leave the mansion. She had never experience the lives of having a freedom. One of her butler who was named, Carl sympathise her and he tried to help her from getting her to leave the mansion. But Carl had no idea to help her get out from the mansion. Pauline’s step-father was an alcoholic. Every night he would invite his friends over and get drunk together. He does not allow Pauline to leave the room when his friends are around.  One day, Pauline felt that she had to leave the mansion to get some fresh air outside and decided to call Carl to her room to help her from getting out from the mansion. Carl help Pauline by dressing her up as a butler. Pauline and Carl went out from the room and rushed to the main door. When they was about to open the door, Pauline step-father appeared from the living room drunkenly. Pauline and Carl was shocked and almost out of breath. Her step-father started to talk nonsense and when he was about to walk towards Pauline, he fainted. Pauline and Carl quickly opened the door and ran out. Carl told Pauline that there was a security guarding the gate. Carl try to think of a way to get the guard out of there. Pauline had an idea, and she suddenly shouted for help. Carl appearance had change while he was in shock. The security ran towards them and Pauline told him that her step-father had fainted. The security dashed into the main door. Carl grab Pauline’s hand and ran towards the gate to unlock the gate. And they were free. They ran as far as they could from the mansion and won’t come back again.
